Motel 6 Springfield, IL

The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, with good heat and an inviting bed. While rain fell outside, it was nice to be dry and relaxed inside, listening from a well-kept room. After driving a couple thousand miles, I got a genuinely welcoming greeting from the kind young man at the front desk. He was polite and professional, and made check-in easy. I’ve stayed in plenty of places while traveling, but this Motel 6 stood out. No frills or fuss, just good people and what a traveler needs. It was one of my nicest check-ins and overnight stays on the road, and I’d happily stay again.

For a Motel 6, I’d give it five stars. I stayed a week and a half and the customer service was great. They’re remodeling now, and it looks good. The rooms were cleaned well, although I still found a roach that was easy to get rid of. I could smoke in peace at the back of the parking lot, and someone was always watching the cameras, so I felt my car was safe. This is great for people on a budget, the best in Springfield. I respect this place and think highly of it. Thanks for treating my family so well.

The studio suite exceeded our expectations, and I absolutely loved staying here. The hotel has a lot of character, and all the staff were outstanding. Marsha deserves a special shoutout for going above and beyond and being such a wonderful person. She needs a raise!

Rooms have what you need for a comfortable stay, and the price is reasonable for a cool place to stay. It was very clean, and the experienced staff were friendly to visitors. I’ll definitely come again.
