Mold was everywhere and the ceiling was leaking. The first room smelled awful, had a toilet that wouldn't flush, holes throughout, no shower knobs, and sheets covered in cigarette burns. When I asked to switch, the replacement had the same problems and no refrigerator, which I needed for my newborn's milk. I booked two nights through Priceline, but the manager refunded only one day. Customer service the next morning was rude and nasty, and she hung up on me. Just terrible.

We came to town for wrestle mania, and my husband booked through Travelocity. The online photos didn't look anything like the rooms we were given. We arrived at 11:30 pm, but the rooms we were supposed to have had been given away, so they put us in a couple of rooms at the back. They were disgusting, with mold, roaches in the fridge, sheets that looked like they hadn't been washed, and a urine smell. The door had no safety mechanism, either. My father-in-law pushed it open by hand without even needing a key. We left to find another place. When we returned the next day for a refund, the hotel said to contact Travelocity. Travelocity said they'd refund only one of the two nights because they had to hold the room, and claimed we hadn't arrived until after midnight. The staff were rude, and a woman in the office shook her head as if the filthy rooms were our fault. This felt like a scam. If you book and leave, they won't return your money. This place should be shut down immediately.

The only decent part was that the man who checked me in was nice. I left after about an hour because the room was so gross. The toilet had no seat, the sheets were dirty, and the floor felt sticky. It smelled terrible. The A/C was broken, with holes punched in it and mold in the vent. There were holes in the walls, tape and unknown stains on the walls and ceiling, nonworking lights, broken curtains that didn't cover the windows, and hair in the shower. This should be a health code violation.

The first key didn't work. The owner got mad and sent me to another room, where it smelled like urine, the tub leaked, a pillowcase looked tossed on the dresser, and a light kept flickering. I went back to report it, and she said she knew about the problems but had no rooms left. I told her it was a health and safety hazard and asked why she'd give me such a room. She got agitated, stayed on her cell phone, yelled at me, and asked why I was talking so much. Then she canceled my reservation. When I prepaid for a room at the hotel across the street through a third-party site, she tried to claim I was banned there, but I wasn't, and I got my keys from Days Inn. I've never dealt with an owner with such a bad attitude. As a business owner, I don't know how she stays open with urine-smelling rooms, leaking tubs, and broken lights. Save your money and go elsewhere.
