We got to the room while it was still being cleaned, then had to wait 15 minutes. At least we knew it was clean, I guess. There’s no free breakfast, which feels like a pretty basic thing to be missing. The room had only two tiny shampoo packets that smelled like bleach and two little bars of soap. The shower was hard to use, swinging between scalding, old-bathwater warm, and freezing. The toilet flushed when it felt like it, which was most of the time not at all. I couldn’t hear the air come on, so I’m pretty sure it wasn’t working. There was a sign about ice in the hallway, but I couldn’t find any. The bed was very hard, with no comforter, just a thin, carpet-like hotel blanket. The microwave didn’t heat my food, so I had to take it to the lobby.

I flew in from Arizona and took an Uber from the airport. I needed a room right away, and luckily they came through. The motel room is simple and spacious, which I loved, and the heater warmed it up quickly. The woman at the front desk was wonderful and made sure nobody waited more than two minutes. I give this place five stars. Today is 01/02/2026 at 10:02am.

This is one of the better Motel 6 locations, and the price was right. Check-in was quick, the room was decently clean, and I didn’t see bugs. There was hot water in the shower and the TV worked. For someone passing through, it does the job: truck parking and quick access to i70 are useful, and it’s a place to sleep before getting back on the road. It’s plain and basic, built around necessity rather than comfort or luxury. From outside it looks cold and damp, like a Soviet-era apartment block, similar to the circa 2014 movie 'The Fool'. The hallway carpet is faded, the walls are thin, and the mattress felt like a yoga mat. I wouldn’t walk barefoot in the room, and some undesirable characters hang around the parking lot at night. Would I stay again? Yeah, probably.

The staff were kind and helpful, and I liked the flooring. My dog and I slept really well for the price. The rooms are clean, and this is one of the cleaner, comfier dog-friendly places I’ve stayed in at this price point.

Everything was fine until checkout day. I found out they shut off both electric key cards four hours before we were due to leave. One card going dead might be a mistake, but both? That was just inconvenient. Needed to vent.
