I decided to leave because the man said blood on the sheets, smoking, or animals could keep me from getting my deposit back, and my gums bleed while I sleep. I was using points for the stay. He wanted a $150 deposit, so I went to get cash instead of letting him charge my card. Even so, my card was charged $25 two hours after I left. What was that for, when I got the $150 for the deposit? Make it make sense. The Quality Inn next door says people often come over after problems here, whether it's shady practices or being put out for no reason. I'd steer clear.

I had to buy cleaning supplies and clean the room myself before it felt comfortable. It hadn't been cleaned, and there were bugs. No housekeeping came, and the complimentary breakfast mentioned on the website wasn't provided. Customer service was terrible. I really wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The receptionist was friendly, parking was plentiful, and the room was clean. The bed was nice, and I slept well.

I stayed two nights, and the heater couldn't keep up with cold air coming under the door from the hallway. The hallway was about 40 degrees, with cold air coming in around the exterior doors. I was charged $15 extra because my wife was with me, then another $35 because she was disabled and had a service dog. None of those charges matched what I was told when booking. I consider this hotel's management hostile toward people with disabilities.

No internet, no continental breakfast, just cold coffee. The rooms were filthy, with empty beer cans in the bathroom and dirty laundry. The toilet leaked, and one faucet on the bathroom sink didn't work. It took a week and a half to get my $100 deposit back, and the service was terrible. This place isn't worth the time or money. Don't stay there.
