The location didn't bother me, and I didn't hear traffic or cars outside. I skipped breakfast. Still, this place was a solid 2/10 to me and needs major repairs. You get what you pay for. I booked two nights online at Super 8. The front desk worker, an Indian woman, was very respectful. My first room had a large hole behind the door, apparently from it hitting the wall without a stopper, so I asked to move. The second room was better, but after unpacking I noticed it had no top door lock, and asked to move again. The third was next to the elevator, whose clunking I could hear through the walls all day. It smelled of mildew and smoke, the tub base was cracked, and I saw two roaches. I showed photos to the desk worker, who offered me a can of Raid. I can't make that up. The elevator door also had trouble opening and closing, so I used the stairs. The bathroom tub had no stopper either, and I had to stuff a rag in the drain. This place needs to be shut down for major repairs.

When I came back from the hospital on my scheduled checkout day, some of my belongings were missing, and the rest had been moved to a room with a strong smell and visible mold. I'd arrived feeling unwell and had a hard time getting help from staff. There seemed to be a serious mold problem in several parts of the property that hadn't been dealt with. It's concerning that management appears to put personal luxury ahead of keeping the place safe and healthy for guests. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

We had a handicapped room, but the bathing area had several broken or missing parts, and the door latch barely worked. They also tried to charge our credit card above the agreed price, then talked their way out of refunding the extra. This is the worst motel we've ever stayed in. I wouldn't come back, and Wyndom should look into this location before it further tarnishes the Wyndom name.

The room smelled bad and was dirty, with animal droppings and pet food scattered across the floor. There was also something all over the toilet seat, so I had to switch rooms. The other room was funky too, cole madina.
