Springville is smoggy, so asthmatics beware. We had a great 2day stay, though. The king bed suite with futon couch was spacious, with a small kitchenette, microwave oven, and extra cold mini-fridge. The room was very clean when we arrived, and the thermostat responded well. Good shower pressure and hot water, too. There was a bit too much bleach left in the bathroom towels, and a draft came through the gap beneath the exit door to the hallway. Hallway noises carried, but the walls between rooms seemed plenty soundproof.

I was in Springville for work for 5 days, and the location suited me well, less than a mile from my workplace. It was also easy to get to and from the SLC airport, and parking was always available. The rooms were really nice and the people attentive. Breakfast had different options, a little bit of everything, though it wasn't very abundant. Had a great experience.

The staff made me feel welcome after hours on the road, especially after poor service at some 3+ and 4+ star places over the last several days. These folks delivered. The rooms are spacious, amenities are what you'd expect, and the climate control was actually in the guest's hands. Eating options nearby are a little scant, but Doordash was available. It was clean, and I'd absolutely stay again.

Really quiet, clean room and a great stay. Breakfast was free, though I was a little disappointed they changed the coffee brand. I miss my Breakfast Blend.

The breakfast attendant was so helpful, and even with the last hour rush, she was smiling. We're a family of 6 heading home after a two-week road trip, and the kindness and understanding here really stood out. We needed extra towels and blankets, as the room comes with 4 towels and 2 blankets, and other hotels had been irritated when we asked. Here, they were happy to help us get what we needed for six people. Customer service and cleanliness were fantastic. Thankful for a wonderful stay on the way home.
