I’d happily stay here again. The room was extremely clean and updated inside, and I got one of the best nights of sleep on our trip. It’s an old motel, so we hesitated at first, but Pam at the front desk was so welcoming and pleasant. Breakfast was modest, as expected, but enough to get us going.

We arrived late, and the owner made check-in easy. The beds were firm but comfortable, and we could get the room temperature just right. There was plenty of hot water, and the conditioner they provide even left my hair feeling and looking great. The room was immaculate, which felt reassuring with everything going on. This has become my go-to place when I visit St. Albans.

The folks here were friendly, and the room was both spacious and clean for a reasonable price. I slept well on the comfortable bed and really liked the decor. Breakfast was basic, but it got my day started. If you have friends or relatives nearby and would rather not impose, this is a good place to stay.

My family loved this place, and we’re sure to come back. The staff kept showing kindness and professionalism throughout our stay, going out of their way to make it special. We felt welcomed from arrival all the way through saying goodbye, and this hotel will always mean a lot to me.

A friend of mine stayed in the room. From what I saw, there was moisture, mold, mildew, and bugs. I couldn't imagine what else might have been inside. The rules seemed so restrictive that staying there sounded like having more freedom in jail. I didn't go into the room because my friend could have been kicked out if I had.
