It's a quiet beachside group of townhomes, and the grounds, pools, and units were clean and well kept. The people staying there were polite and always said hello. Some units are newly renovated, while others could use updating. We had a great vacation and would stay again next year if we don't rent a beach house on our next trip. It seems like a good place for a family or friends.

We wrapped up a week at ponce. It was peaceful but still fun, and everyone we met was friendly. As far as I could tell, each unit had its own garage. We'll probably come back.

As an owner and tenant, I love living and staying here. The complex is well maintained, the views are beautiful, the pools are great, and the neighbors are friendly. The beach is just steps away over the dunes on a private boardwalk. It's also easy to get around on foot or by bike, with so many places only minutes away. Lost in Paradise!

Unit 8 wasn't clean and hasn't been maintained well. Some blind slats were missing, and the screen door on the upper deck fell on me. The downstairs toilet needed two flushes.

We had the best time. The pools were perfect, the location was nice, and shops were within walking distance.
