The staff made my stay at WoodSpring Suites in St. Charles, Missouri. They were warm and respectful, and helped whenever I needed something, from the moment I checked in until checkout. It felt like they cared about making sure guests were comfortable, and took real pride in their work. My room was clean and comfortable, and the service was consistently thoughtful. I’d gladly come back and recommend this location to anyone looking for a comfortable stay and kind, professional staff.

The management staff gave me a lot of support during this visit, and helped make it feel like a comfortable home away from home. I came away feeling refreshed and cared for. My room was clean, with a recent renovation, nice furniture, and a good bed. I was also pleasantly surprised that the modified furnishings in the room I occupied suited my disability related needs, offering sturdy support and comfort.

Cassandra is such a kind, friendly woman. The other guests were friendly too, and the place has a really good feel to it. My room was quiet, clean, and well maintained, with the utilities in impeccable shape. Cable and wifi were there too. I’d definitely recommend staying here, and I slept well.

I needed somewhere to stay at the last minute for Thanksgiving, and Andrew, who was on call, got me checked in quickly and made it easy. The room was spotless, with a full kitchen that had a stove, fridge, and microwave. The bed was comfortable, the shower pressure was great, the Wi-Fi was solid, and the big TV and everything else worked perfectly. Brenda was just as helpful and kind at the desk the next day, and checkout went smoothly. The trainee with her was pleasant and seemed more than capable. The place is clean, quiet, and affordable, and the people running it are genuinely good. It’s a relaxed spot where you can cook and get some peace. I’m already planning to stay again. For the price, the value feels about right, and I like the staff. Cassandra has always been good, and Andrew, Amber, Ms. Al, Sergio, and the Boss Lady at the helm all help make it nice to stay here. The other nice boss lady has 25 years of experience, though I can’t remember the name of the Boss Lady I forgot to ask. Ms. Al’s spelling might be off. The old management had funky energy, and it’s better now. The guys who own the place are smart, and there’s definitely a market for this business model. Sorry for the spelling errors. Anyway, Merry Christmas, and thanks for my holiday stay.
