Southbridge Napa Valley

We were celebrating our anniversary and found a lovely surprise waiting in our room at check in. The staff were wonderful, friendly, and attentive, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and had comfortable bedding. The location is prime, with a spa next door that we used and an amazing winery right nearby too. It was a great experience, and we’re grateful they made our anniversary trip feel special. A hidden gem!

The heated pool and jacuzzi, well equipped gym, and complimentary wine tasting at the winery next door were great to have. Breakfast is delivered to your room if you fill out the form the night before, and checkout is at noon. The staff were lovely, and the room and facilities were clean. Great location and a flawless experience in St Helena. 10/10, and we’d love to return. Thanks, everyone!

The rooms are overpriced for what you get. The bathroom was tiny and looked like Motel 6, and the small paper packets of products were cheap and not enough for two people. They say water is provided, but it wasn’t bottled. There were unsealed containers of water, so I couldn’t tell how long it had been there or who had filled them. The heater didn’t work, and the room was 59 degrees. They offered a space heater, but it wasn’t enough for a room that large and cold. We tried a hot shower, but the water still hadn’t warmed up after 15 minutes. In the end we had to find another hotel.

We were in St Helena for a nearby wedding, and this was just what we needed for an extended weekend. Restaurants were easy to walk to, and the complimentary breakfast delivered to our room turned out to be a luxury we really appreciated. Checkout was listed as noon, which made Sunday morning feel much more relaxed even though we left around 11. We’d love to come back and stay again.
