The team made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and ready to help, which made the stay feel like home. Quality Inn Saint Ignace I-75 is well placed for exploring. Restaurants, local attractions, and beautiful scenery are all a short drive away. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the service exceeded what I expected. I'd happily stay again and recommend it to friends and colleagues. Thanks to the whole team for making the visit so enjoyable.

The kids had fun even though the pool was closed on our third night and the jacuzzi wasn't warm. The pool itself was enjoyable when it was open. Staff were super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. My kids also loved the cookies and popcorn laid out for guests, and we appreciated having fresh water and coffee available all the time. The rooms are dated, but still clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

The hotel was clean and cute, with great amenities and a welcoming, homey feel. We were there during a snowstorm, and the power was out, so we couldn't check into our room. The women working that day showed wonderful hospitality anyway. They let us wait in a banquet room so we wouldn't freeze, even though nobody knew how long it would take for the power to return. I didn't get the names of the staff working on Dec. 29th, but I want them to know how well they made us feel welcome and comfortable. When we're in st ignace again, we'll stay here.

We stop here every year on our way back to Minnesota. It's the first place where we bring the new Leader Dog for the Blind puppy for a photo by the Golden Moose. The rooms are quiet, breakfast is always good, and the employees are very helpful.

The people staying above us played loud music until 6am, making it the worst night. The carpets in the shared areas were filthy, and the breakfast room was very small and not accessible for people with disabilities.
