Jallah went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed. He warmly and sincerely welcomes every guest, most of them by name, and his restaurant and activity recommendations were spot on. I was impressed by how much care he gave to the guests, lobby, security, safety, and evening reception. Ella was a sweetheart too, always checking what I needed. All the staff were wonderful, and the rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds. One of my best stays, and hands down the best hotel in this area.

The pictures on the hotel website and Google matched the property and looked current. The front desk, breakfast area, and amenities were clean and well kept, and the rooms were comfortable, clean, and nicely presented. Staff were friendly, professional, and attentive. Great stay, and worth the price.

We stay here whenever we’re in town, and Jallah always makes us feel welcome. He’s helpful and friendly every time. Breakfast is consistently good, and the location works perfectly for events, especially Timberwolves games.

Leah and Jallah at the front desk were kind, engaging, and knowledgeable when I checked in. My room was spacious, spotless, and had a comfortable bed. The hotel is beautiful and clearly well cared for. It’s in a great spot right next to the West End, with plenty of shopping and fine dining within walking distance. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling through the area.
