We were out on the Spearhead trails, just a three-minute ride from the trailhead, so the location worked great. The hotel was also very dog friendly, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. My wife, our two kids, and I stayed one night and were blown away by how spacious and comfortable the rooms were. There were lots of little touches that made the place feel homey, with that southern hospitality feel. We had dinner at the delicious mexican restaurant attached to the hotel, and the salsa bar was a nice touch. The hotel even provided Candy Land for our kids to play in the evening at no cost. We'd 100% stay here again!

The room was perfect, and the staff were friendly. This is such a charming change from the cookie-cutter chain hotels, a lovely, cool, unique old place. It felt clean and safe, too. Just remember it's an OLD building with beautiful wood floors that squeak, so pack ear plugs.

We rented the local movie theater for a private party and showing during our family get-together, and the town impressed us too. We enjoyed every moment of the stay. After reading the reviews, I can say the positive ones were spot on. It was a great stay, and we were quite impressed.

Restaurants are next door and easy to get to, and there was plenty of parking. The hotel itself was clean, cozy, and full of charm. The staff were fantastic, everything was perfect, and I really enjoyed staying here. I'd definitely go back.

The service was great, but the room was sticky and hadn't been vacuumed, and the towels were stained. I was pretty grossed out and wore shoes the whole time because they literally stuck to the floor with every step. My son kept finding threads all over the carpet, so we asked for a vacuum. The only options had broken wheels and were so old they couldn't pick anything up. The hotel was fine, not terrible, but I wouldn't stay again.
