Prestige Collection Boutique hotel

The outdoor area was a highlight: the pool and hot tub were beautiful and made the visit feel like a getaway, especially at a great rate. Leo, the house attendant, was warm, attentive, and always there to help. I stayed at Prestige Collection Boutique for a weekend visit with my mom in St. Pete, and the place exceeded my expectations. It’s a beautifully kept historic house in the middle of downtown, with seven gorgeous bedrooms that feel upscale while still welcoming. The whole house was spotless, stylish, and thoughtfully maintained. It’s in a safe, walkable spot close to everything St. Pete offers, and on-site parking is available for purchase, which was convenient. I’d absolutely return.

Parking was tight, though that didn’t bother me. We rented a very small car and had no trouble. We spent four nights here in September, and it was lovely throughout. The pool was heated, and we swam every night. The outdoor spaces were quaint and beautifully designed, making clever use of the available space. Inside, the design felt luxurious, and the beds were so comfortable I slept beautifully. It’s a small boutique hotel that feels more like having a private room in a lovely home. I could tell other people were staying there, but we felt like we had the place to ourselves. The location was quiet and secluded, yet only a short walk from downtown St. Pete. I was especially impressed by the on-site staff and owner. He was fantastic the whole stay, made sure we had what we needed, and kept our room immaculate every day. I’ll book here again next time.

The room was cool and quiet, the bed was comfortable, and there were plenty of pillows, which always helps me sleep. The location was ideal, an easy walk to everything. The couple managing the hotel were so nice and quick to respond whenever we needed extra paper, fresh towels, or for them to turn on the hot tub. That hot tub was steamy goodness! Leo, who was on duty most days, was also super helpful. Staying at a boutique hotel felt like being at a relative’s home, with all the benefits and none of the guilt. Thanks for taking such good care of us. If I’m back in SP, I’d stay again.

We only stayed one night and didn’t get to use the pool, which I wish we could have. Mark, the owner, was very friendly. It’s a great little boutique hotel in a convenient area close to everything, with good food all around and friendly people.
