Our family really enjoyed the stay in this beautiful, clean, quiet three bedroom condo. It worked perfectly for us, with a bathroom for each bedroom, a full kitchen, dining area, and living room. We also liked the covered walk out patio overlooking the pool and marsh.
The sunrises and views were awesome. Everything, including downtown and the beach, was within 15 minutes.
A clean, convenient, reasonably priced place to stay. Our host at 107 did an excellent job making our group feel welcome and at home. Couldn't have asked for better.
This condo was wonderful, beautiful, bright, and comfortable. Each of the three bedrooms had its own bathroom. We all agreed it was the best part of our visit to St Simon's Island, and it was really hard to leave. I would love to live there.
We enjoyed our comfortable, spacious rental over a weekend when we were in town for a conference and banquet at Sea Palms resort.
