Courtyard Houston Sugar Land/Stafford

Housekeeping did an excellent job, and the rooms were spacious and nice. The hotel staff were so sweet and helpful. It was too cold for a swim, but the pool looked beautiful.

The staff were friendly and helpful, but the property is in a rundown patchwork state of repair. My room had mushy, wet carpet, and the Wi-Fi dropped every ten minutes. The weak coffee in the common area didn't seem like Starbucks, despite being advertised that way. The broken elevator needs repairs, and being beside I-10 meant highway noise resonated in the room all night. It's not really a Courtyard building, so don't expect a courtyard view. I'd stay elsewhere.

We had about 18 rooms in our group and had a wonderful stay at this hotel at 12655 Southwest Fwy, Stafford, TX. The customer service stood out from check-in to check-out. Everyone we met, from the front desk and housekeeping to staff around the property, was professional, courteous, and genuinely welcoming. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and valued. That consistency says a lot about the hotel's leadership and culture. The team made the stay memorable, and we'd absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The room was beautiful, and the amenities all worked, including the power-flush toilet. There was hot running water, firm bedding, and more. The staff I encountered were friendly everywhere, parking was plentiful, and the hotel sits right off the main strip. I had fun staying here, and the price felt right for the quality, on the level of a JW Marriott. Thanks to management for taking care of business.
