Breakfast is included, and the coffee is great. The rooms and hotel are clean, the location works well for the Penn State area, and the staff are friendly. Manager Sean is always upbeat and ready to accommodate requests, and Maria was cheerful and very helpful too. This is still my number one choice around Penn State. Days Inn Penn State is part of Wyndham Hotels, whose rewards and incentives are great. Another five-star stay, this place is a winner!

Brad offered my boyfriend and me bottles of water when we came in after a night out, which was such thoughtful hospitality. The front desk staff are lovely and always say hi when you walk in. Our room was clean and a great size, and dinner at Marzonis across the street was delicious. Thanks, Days Inn, for a great stay. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone staying in state college!

The rooms were clean and modern, and there’s ample parking in a convenient spot near PSU. Breakfast was the one letdown. Waffles were the only hot food.

The hotel was convenient to the hospital, where we needed to be every morning during our four-night stay. Our room was very clean and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was good, with a waffle maker, and the coffee was good too. I only wish there had been a microwave, since we ended up eating out every night. Still, we had a good stay.

Getting in and out can be a bit more of a hassle than you'd expect, though the entrance and exit on the blue course side are easier. The hotel has a well-stocked snack area and generous breakfast hours. Waffle Shop is right across the street, so there are good morning options. The place feels comfortable, modern, and updated in almost every way. Just don’t trust Wyndham’s filters, this location has no pool.
