Breakfast was the highlight. It went well beyond a basic continental spread, with biscuits and gravy, quiche, and even sandwiches to take along. Check-in was smooth, and as a Marriott Elite member I appreciated getting a complimentary water bottle. In my four years as a member with roughly 30-40 nights of stays, it was only the second time I'd received a check-in gift. The room was comfortable, but the tub had noticeable peeling, like it had been painted over. It could use a proper refitting or renovation. When I first entered, there was a distinct weed smell. I was exhausted and didn't ask to change rooms; the odor seemed to fade, or maybe I just got used to it. One nightstand's USB ports didn't work, though the ones on the other side did. Good value, a comfortable stay, and a strong breakfast, with some maintenance and consistency issues that kept it from a full five stars.

I stayed in the dead of winter, and the room stayed warm and cozy. The shower was nice and hot, and my room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast is free each day, with waffles, bagels, yogurt, cereal, and oatmeal. The egg options change daily, which is a nice touch. I recommend the frittata.

This is my favorite hotel in state college. The staff are nice, and it's a unique place. The rooms feel cozy but have plenty of space, with a great layout if you're staying awhile and need to eat, work, and sleep in the same spot.

The staff were amazing, and breakfast was good. The room was clean and spacious, too. It was only a five-minute drive to PSU, so the location was really convenient. I'd definitely recommend it.

I was in town for an event, and the hotel was perfect, just minutes from Penn State. The room was spacious and very clean, and the staff were great. I'd gladly stay again and highly recommend it.
