The hotel makes a strong first impression, especially thanks to Rory. Her customer service was phenomenal, and she went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. The beds were comfortable, the rooms excellent, and breakfast and refreshments had a great look. Just be careful at the entrance since it’s right off the highway. This place is well worth a stay. Rory deserves a raise if she hasn’t already gotten one!

I asked for a quieter room and the staff and manager understood and accommodated me, which I really appreciated. The hotel is clean, well located, and the staff are polite and hospitable. My room had a comfortable bed and sofa, and breakfast was fresh and solid. Coffee and tea are always available. I’d only ask for more TV channels. I recommend this property.

The rooms were very nice, and I had a wonderful stay with no problems. The coffee machines could have been hotter, though I’m sure that’s an easy fix.

Clean place and great people, as you’d expect from a typical Hampton. I had an accessible room, but it wasn’t very accessible with my knee scooter. There was only a tub, which made showering tough with a bad leg.

We arrived around 11 pm and the receptionist was still friendly. The room was comfortable and clean, and breakfast was a nice full spread. It was also an easy drive for our Penn State visit.
