The shuttle was a real plus for me. It’s free within five miles, and I used it often. There’s plenty of free parking too. The hotel is close to Routes 28 and 7, and Target and Wegmans are within walking distance, though the property is tucked away and can be tricky to find if someone is dropping you off or picking you up. It’s also away from power lines and power stations. I’ve stayed at nearly every 3-star-plus hotel in Loudoun County and several 4- and 5-star places in Fairfax, and this is the best overall. The rooms are nice, the lobby lounge is cozy, and the staff are incredibly kind and helpful. Service and amenities beat what I’ve had at most business and luxury hotels in the U.S., and I’ve stayed at quite a few. Easy five stars.

The breakfast was very good, and our room was kept clean. Every staff member we met was friendly and welcoming. Customer service can be hard to find these days, but this hotel really gets it right. Thanks for a wonderful stay. I highly recommend it.

Fatima at the front desk was especially kind and helped me with my infant daughter, making sure my needs were taken care of. The staff checked us in without any trouble, and our room was clean. I think it was a slow weekend, since we got a small upgrade. The hotel sits in a nice shopping plaza with something for everyone. It has an indoor gym, a conference room, and a pool with a hot tub. I used both the pool and hot tub, and neither seemed overly chlorinated or frothy. I also saw maintenance staff checking the pool, presumably keeping an eye on the water chemistry. Breakfast comes with the stay. The selection and quality were above average, with the usual eggs, sausage, bacon, cereal, yogurt, fruit, and waffles. It varies by day, but I was satisfied.

The hotel was quiet and well kept, and the room was spacious and clean. Check-in was great, the breakfast was spot on, and the breakfast staff were so nice and cheerful. The location worked well too, close to Dulles and other places to eat later in the day. I plan to stay here next time I'm in town.

Julie at the front desk was the highlight of my stay. She’s really kind and remembers guests so well. The rooms are clean and roomy, and having a kitchenette is great when you’re staying longer. Can’t beat it.
