We came for a conference and chose this hotel because I’m a Wyndham member. It was hard to find anyone at the front desk, and the same person seemed to be handling cleaning, cooking, and reception. The rooms were okay, but seeing used shampoo and body wash wasn’t impressive. Nobody showed up when we checked out, so I had to come back. Wouldn’t recommend it.
Pretty nice stay, and I liked it. My only concern is there might be a small cockroach problem.
I’ve made reservations twice, and both times I ended up waiting at the front desk for 30 minutes. I’m standing here writing this now after calling the phone multiple times. I got a room, but was told they don’t have room cards, and she let me into it. The AC wasn’t on, and it’s 109 today. Now I’m back at the counter trying to get my money back, but nobody’s here.
As of 09/07/2023, this place is condemned and closed. The lobby and front desk were dark and empty, and there were 3 official notices from the Stillwater PD and Enforcement Code on the lobby entrance.
Worst stay I’ve had in a while. The first room had no AC, the second was filthy, and the third was clean but had no TV. We came from sapulpa and went through a tornado, and the hotel didn’t offer any compensation or even a free night. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I’d give it no rating, but the scale doesn’t go down to -5 stars.
