Conroy's B&B

We had a lovely four-night stay with friends from Pennsylvania. Joanne and Jim were wonderful hosts, and the place has a quaint, no-frills feel. It was impeccably clean, the beds were comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. Our group stayed in the barn's east and west rooms, which have a private deck and patio. The location made a great base for Stockbridge and Lenox and everything nearby, at a reasonable price. Art and I live close enough to Stockbridge that this was a staycation with our out-of-town friends, and we'd gladly come back. We highly recommend Conroy’s. Thanks, Joanne, you're a gem! ❤️

Joanne was a gracious, thoughtful, interesting, and attentive innkeeper, and meeting her was a pleasure. My husband and I spent three nights at Conroy's B&B, tucked away in Stockbridge, and had a comfortable, clean room with a private bath. The grounds have flower gardens, stone remnants from the old dairy farm, several peaceful places to sit, and a pool for hot summer days. One evening we skipped a restaurant and had a lovely picnic on our deck with a glass or two of wine, looking over the gardens toward the Berkshire Hills. Breakfast was wonderful each morning, with fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, multigrain bread, juice, coffee or tea, and a different main dish. We had frittata one morning and pancakes another. The Berkshires' attractions were close by, including Tanglewood, Norman Rockwell Museum, and Stockbridge village. We'll be back. The MacDougalls

Breakfast was a treat both mornings. We had fresh pineapple, cereals and homemade granola with Jim's special flapjacks one day, then fresh fruit, cereals, and huevos rancheros served on warm plates the next. We also enjoyed chatting with a Dutch couple and a Swiss couple, one of the pleasures of a small B&B. JoAnne and Jim were hospitable hosts, and the location was just right. The natural yard has lovely little spots to sit, and inside the historic home the rooms were spotless, with period furniture and decor. We'll return.
