Quality Suites Springdale West I-49

I’m reposting this because they deleted it before. I’ll keep posting, and even hearing from the general manager didn’t change anything. They need to raise their standards so nobody else walks into what we did. I’m just glad our daughter wasn’t with us. My husband and I booked a date night for 11-28-25 while my Sister had a fun Auntie sleepover with our child. We checked in around 2, dropped off our things, and left. When we came back about 10:30pm, my husband joked and took pictures for our family group chat, trying to make the best of what he thought wasn’t the worst room we’d stayed in. It was by far the worst. The sink wouldn’t drain, there was no mandated smoke alarm, and the shower curtain was torn and falling down. Dust was caked along the side of the desk. Worst of all, there was a hypodermic needle on top of the bathroom picture frame. 0 out of 10, do not recommend.

The hotel itself is nice, but the constant truck traffic ruined it for us. 18 wheelers go up and down Main Street and the side streets all day and literally all night. Some park on the street and in the lot to stay here. I wish we’d known in advance, since we’d rather not stay at a truckers hotel.

The rooms felt old and dingy, and breakfast was mediocre. During my stay, there was one day without hot water for showers, the ice machines on the second and third floors were broken, and the pool was closed because it was over chlorinated. I won't stay there again.

The customer service was excellent, but there was mold all over the rooms. Tragic and unacceptable. I wish I could post pictures.
