The room we were eventually given was nowhere near what we had booked: we reserved two bunk beds for four people and got one. It smelled strongly of smoke, the curtains looked like they had never been washed, and we put towels down everywhere because we didn’t want to touch the dirty surfaces. The lights barely worked, roaches were in the bathroom, and the towels were blackened and filthy. The dusty air conditioning unit looked completely neglected, though staff had already told us there was no air conditioning. We had traveled more than eight hours from Canada for our children’s basketball tournament. Two of my children have Down syndrome and autism, and another has Crohn’s disease, so a clean, safe room mattered a lot. We arrived around 2:45 PM and were told to wait. After coming back twice, with an hour between visits, we were told there was no room for us despite our confirmed booking. Nearby hotels were full, so we accepted the alternative room after being told it had a window. The place looked nothing like its Expedia photos, and the conditions were unacceptable for a family, especially after such a long trip. I’m asking for a full refund and an immediate investigation. Please let me know as soon as possible how this will be resolved. Hotels shouldn’t advertise misleading photos or rent rooms in this condition.

The location worked for everything we needed, with things within walking distance, and the residents were kind and quiet. After about three years of homelessness, my family and I found the Extended Stay accommodating and comfortable. Other hotels we’d stayed at had screwed us over and done everything they could legally to push us out. This place helped us get back on our feet, and we might not have managed it without them. I’d make it my first choice for a vacation or a temporary place to live.

After a 10-inch snowfall, the parking lot was cleared, but nobody shoveled the walkways for five days. I took the attached photo four days after the snow and ended up clearing a path near our room myself. That’s a safety hazard. They need snow shovels and someone to clear the walks. The price is good and the staff are friendly. The rooms are livable, though maintenance problems kept coming up: broken light fixtures, a broken bath/shower adapter, and rust all over the refrigerator door. The motel did nothing about the walkways.

Bed bugs bit my legs, and they itch like crazy. I also found cockroaches in the room. The front desk staff were nice until I asked for a refund, then I had to sort it out with Expedia. Luckily they refunded me because I had photos to back up my claim. Maybe Extended Stay CEO @Greg Juceam should rent a room here for a few days and see if the owners finally clean this place up. DO NOT STAY HERE. NO BUENO.

Mylisha was especially sweet and helpful, with great energy. She’s an amazing employee. The other staff were very friendly too, and the people staying there were nice. I had a very nice stay and highly recommend this place if you’re on vacation.
