The front desk staff were nice, and the bed was comfy. The heater and fridge both worked, although the fridge worked a little too well and froze my Diet Coke! The room didn't smell bad, and there wasn't any pee on the toilet, which honestly earns five stars right there. It was quiet, too. Breakfast could use more choices, like waffles or eggs. I'd stay again, and hope the place doesn't go downhill like so many hotels do.

I've never written a review before finishing a stay, but this one takes the cake. The room card keys are so cheap that I had to get mine reactivated at least four different times. Only one jacuzzi jet worked, and the jacuzzi wouldn't turn on and off unless you plugged and unplugged it. Don't do that while you're wet. I'm here for 5 nights, 6 days, and there's no room service unless I ask. Four towels for two people have only gotten us two so far. Then, the day after Christmas, I had a do not disturb sign on the door and room service never came. But at 7:45am they suddenly knocked to ask if I was checking out that day and what time.

The room was dirty, the bathroom was filthy, and the whole motel smelled like an ashtray. They also didn't give me the rate I'd been quoted on the phone. One of the most horrific motel stays I've had. Keep driving and find somewhere else.

Of all the Red Roofs I've stayed at, this is easily one of the nicest. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful. As soon as you walk into the lobby, you can tell the building is well
