This place needs new management with a vision. They charge a $100 deposit for a non-smoking room, but nothing if you take a smoking room. The sheets had burn holes and stains, and there were bed bugs. The towels and bath rags were very worn. Don't make a last-minute reservation if this is the kind of mess you'll get. You get what you pay for.

Sleepwell is awesome. The rooms are big and have full-size fridges, and the place is very clean and quiet. They don't put up with mess on the property. There's a clean pool and laundry facilities on-site, and the beds are really comfortable. I have zero complaints!

There’s no designated parking, so I had to leave the car several doors away. The room itself was roomy, clean, and neatly updated, with a full-size fridge and microwave. But I found a dead roach as soon as I pulled back the bed linens, then saw more on two other occasions. There seemed to be many long-term residents, with people coming and going often.

The owner was sweet, but the staff’s lack of care was really disappointing. My room smelled bad as soon as I walked in, and I killed a roach. Housekeeping often just made the bed and swept most of the floor. One time they took all the towels and washcloths and didn’t leave any replacements; then I was told toilet tissue cost a dollar, even though I hadn’t received any that day. I’d recommend the Palm across the street instead. It’s much better for just a few dollars more.
