After a long cross-country drive, we checked in to two rooms for me and all the kids. I always check beds for bugs first. I didn’t find bugs, but both rooms had filthy sheets, blankets, and mattress covers. The covers had mold, the sheets were stained, and the top blanket looked like it hadn’t been washed in years. I’d requested non-smoking rooms, but the blankets had cigarette burns. I didn’t complain about the condition at first. I just asked for four flat sheets to cover the beds, and the desk clerk said she couldn’t give me anything because there were no clean sheets anywhere on the property. When I asked if we were meant to sleep on bare mattresses, she shrugged and said she didn’t know what to tell me. I took photos and showed her how dirty the beds were. Her exact response was, “if you wanted clean beds, you shouldn’t have booked at motel 6.” Don’t stay here. The rooms are disgusting, and the front desk girl is even worse. I added photos of one bed, and the rest were just as bad.

Paying $85 a night for a roach infested room is absolutely disgusting. It wasn’t this bad a year ago, and the place is clearly being mismanaged.
Pretty much everything here is awful. The TVs glitch every 10 minutes and barely work, and the place is way overpriced for somewhere infested with bugs. They do construction without notifying guests or sending out notices. Housekeeping is poor too: they reuse dirty towels and sheets, and I checked into a “new” room with dirty linens. They don’t mop the floors when cleaning, so they’re filthy. At least the front desk service is up to par. The fridge either won’t get cold or doesn’t work at all, and the air conditioning has the same problem. Please steer clear.
Roaches everywhere, and the bathroom light fixture was full of dead bugs. The room had just one tiny light, one plastic chair, and a filthy nightstand. Inside the dresser drawers looked like a crime scene, and there was trash all over the parking lot. Stay somewhere else.
Friendly service, and the hotel was both clean and quiet.
