Courtyard by Marriott Akron Stow

Alicia made my boyfriend’s birthday room such a thoughtful surprise. She decorated it and filled it with his favorite snacks, drinks, and colors after I called that morning to ask if the hotel could do anything special. The front desk team was kind and helpful too. I’m still so happy with how it turned out, and grateful to everyone who helped make his day feel special. I haven’t had service like that before.

The indoor pool was clean, and my 8-year-old was especially happy with the water temperature. He also thought the staff were really friendly. There’s a patio outside that we stepped onto even in winter, and I’d love to use it in warmer weather. Alicia and her team, especially moe, were wonderful to us. One staff member even kept an eye on my son while I used the restroom. We’re very grateful for their hospitality and would recommend the place.

15 out of 5 stars! I hardly ever write reviews, but the staff here deserve a shoutout. They’re friendly and super helpful. The rooms and location were great too.

Alicia was patient and attentive through all my questions that evening, and her good attitude made me feel welcome. I arrived late after calling ahead, and the desk team greeted me warmly, checked me in, and offered water. The night staff knew the area well and suggested a nearby sports bar with amazing food. I had trouble getting the Wi-Fi to work, and Alicia walked me through it even as my phone kept disconnecting. When the TV remote stopped working, she had fresh batteries ready at the desk. She and the team made the stay enjoyable.
