Conveniently located for getting to the slopes or attractions, but the stay had a lot of problems. There’s no front desk. You call someone, then they send the unit details and door code, and I doubt they change the code. We didn’t know which unit we’d get when we booked and weren’t familiar with the place. Our unit door wouldn’t open all the way unless we scraped it along the floor. Parking was short on busy nights, the sauna was out of order on President’s Day weekend, and the living room’s 30 inch TV had a bad picture. We had to go down three flights of stairs with icy shoes, then back up the hill and stairs to the pool building for water. The “dont drink the water” setup included sketchy glass jugs on top of the fridge that may or may not have been clean. My 12 year old hated the shower going from icy cold to suddenly scalding. At least there was a plunger for when someone forgot to “hold the handle down til you dont see brown”. Some guy smoking a joint in front of our unit scared my daughter.

Really nice place, with a great view and good amenities. The hot tub and pool area were nice and well kept. The fireplace didn’t work, which was the only bad thing I noticed. Otherwise, the location was very good, and the room was exactly what we wanted. Stowe is about 10 minutes away, so it’s really convenient.

We could see the valley and trees toward the farmers market from the dining room, and it was lovely and peaceful. The location is handy too, halfway between downtown Stowe and the lift, with the option to walk into town or take the shuttle to the lifts.

Shawn, the manager, was a great guy with a lovely personality. As a visitor from abroad coming to see my wife, who works here on a work and travel program, finding affordable accommodation is always a challenge. They made a special consideration for us and gave us a lovely room with a kitchen, living room, patio, and great view. The property is scenic and nice for morning or evening walks, as long as it isn't freezing. I used the gym too, though it could use more equipment. It's also very close to the skiing Stowe is known for. I'd highly recommend the place to visitors and locals.

The view was nice, but getting to a room with a view means climbing 88 steps, since there are no elevators. The faucet water isn't drinkable, though they provide a large jug for filling and using. For what we paid, I expected more. The place really needs updating.
