Stuart Motor Lodge

We got a good night’s sleep in the comfortable beds, and the staff were great. The rooms at Stuart Motor Lodge are super clean, quiet, and convenient. The A/C heater is at the back of the room, so it doesn’t blow a draft across the beds. It’s American owned, too. One of the best motor lodges we’ve stayed at, and we’d definitely stop again. The staff are truly amazing, and the room was spacious and very clean. The air conditioning was a huge relief because it was SO HOT. The place is clean, conveniently located, and pet friendly. I was passing through during a cross country move, and this was a wonderful break from the road. Since I had two dogs with me, the outside doors were especially useful. I could take them out without running into other visitors.

For a cheap hotel, the room was great for the price and the beds were decent. The desk service was friendly. I didn’t like the really small TV, and there’s no basic cable, just streaming services. Still, it’s a decent place overall.

We liked it enough to extend our stay by another night after originally booking just one. The rooms were roomy and clean, and the quiet, safe town has plenty of stores nearby. They also give an AAA discount, which I appreciated.
