Quality Inn & Suites Suffolk West

The shower had excellent water pressure, and the bathroom towels were high quality. The rest of my one-night stay was terrible. I’ve stayed in Choice Hotels around the world as a military trainer, and the furnishings, cleaning, and tech setup here were unacceptable. Rust on the desk and floor lamps, a wobbly desk, and what looked like cigarette burns on the desk chair. The easy chair was so dirty I covered it with a towel. There was blood or some other substance on a bed, and a towel I used to wipe spilled water off the floor came up black, even though the floor looked clean. The ice bucket had black spots inside, so I had to get a clean one, and bathroom cleanliness was uneven. I couldn’t get my Fire Stick online because the sign-in screen wouldn’t let me enter a password, and the support number was cut off on the screen. I gave up and used my phone hotspot. I can’t recommend this hotel, even for one night.

The breakfast was tasty and filling, and I enjoyed having it each morning before heading out. My room at Quality Inn & Suites was comfortable, clean, and well cared for. The staff were warm and helpful throughout my stay. I had a top-notch visit and would happily book here again. Great rooms and service, and I’d recommend it to anyone coming to the area.

My relatives stayed here and slept well. It was clean, quiet, and good for kids. The breakfast was quick and filling, the kids liked it, and it saved us quite a bit of money. If you’re nearby and want a good night’s sleep, stay here. You won’t be disappointed.

My wife Amanda and I come here often for a night’s break. As locals, we don’t think there’s a better place around. It’s close to restaurants and convenience stores, and the renovations look great. The staff are kind and ready to help with any issues. It’s also one of the few places left with rooms for smokers, and the TV has Netflix and Prime Video.
