The Residency Suites

Everything we needed was within walking distance, and the price was very reasonable. The staff were nice and listened to our concerns. The room had all the amenities we needed, and staying with kids was no problem. A very nice experience.

We arrived with our party and were told there was no room because rooms were no longer available. The hotel had cancelled my booking without telling me. The woman I spoke with said they'd tried to reach me several times, but I had zero calls and zero emails from either the hotel or the booking agency. There was no accountability or apology, and no options to accommodate their mistake or apply our money as credit toward somewhere to stay. After I spoke with the agency, I called the hotel back to ask for proof of cancellation. My number had been BLOCKED, and my calls dropped immediately. Others in my party called and got hung up on mid-conversation. It was HORRIBLE, scrambling at the last minute to find somewhere for everyone. Thankfully, my booking agency was more helpful and quick to fix the situation. The lack of professionalism, customer service, and accountability says a lot about The Residency. Do not recommend.

I've booked and stayed here SEVERAL times now, and I can confidently say The Residency Suites are the best! The rooms are clean and meet my needs, and the staff are professional, kind, and responsive. I'm grateful, with zero complaints about this place. Thank you!

The front desk employees are the best, and the rooms are very nice. It's close to lots of things, including places to eat and play pool, so it's super convenient. When you just want to get away and think by yourself, it's a great place to relax. I love it and would recommend this spot.
