We ended up stopping here on the way home from Canada because the blizzard snow, wind, and icy rain made the roads too dangerous to keep driving south. I booked through the choice hotel app, and the front desk woman was amazing as she calmly handled all the travelers coming in off the road. We were glad there was a restaurant on site since we didn’t want to go back out. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the hotel is very convenient to the highway. We’ve stayed before and remembered it as having one of the best breakfasts among the hotels we use. My only issue this time was that our bathroom had no shower curtain. By the time we noticed, we were settled for the night and didn’t want to switch rooms. I’d stay again.

The rooms were much nicer this time, especially on the first floor. On my previous visit the hotel was being remodeled, and my main complaint then was that everything felt old and dated. This week was a much more enjoyable stay. The staff are friendly, there’s a restaurant and bar with a billiards table, and they serve a nice free breakfast in the mornings. I’ll be back.

I was here long term for outage work, and they reserved my room so I wouldn’t have to move, which I appreciated. I worked nights, and the front desk was respectful about not sending housekeeping in while I slept. The room was clean and fairly spacious, Wi-Fi connected easily, and the washer and dryer were a great addition. Breakfast was pretty good, too. I travel with cleaning supplies, and we changed the sheets weekly. Hot water was hard to come by in the early mornings after work, though. If I’m in town again, I’d stay here.

The hotel was clean, well stocked, and decorated beautifully for the holidays. It’s pet friendly, and the grounds were clean and well lit. Everyone on staff was pleasant, helpful, and cheerful. Special thanks to Cassandra for being so kind and helpful.

We had a great stop on the way back to Canada. The room was clean and comfortable, and the price was reasonable. Staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast and coffee were good. There’s also a restaurant and bar on site, with Walmart, a gas station, and I-81 conveniently close by. I’d stay again.
