The rooms are laid out nicely, and there's a good choice of places to eat and shop nearby. The only small problem was the bathroom sink pressure, which was barely more than a trickle. We didn't notice until later that evening. I keep coming back because the front desk team is friendly, professional, and makes you feel known and welcome. On our recent visit, Ms. Carla greeted us with a smile and remembered what we prefer. She did her best to get us the room we'd requested, then called up to make sure everything was okay. She also told us about social hour and encouraged us to go. The woman who checked us out was just as pleasant, though I didn't get her name. Other than the sink, our stay went well.

The breakfast buffet and happy hour meals were great, and everyone working there was so nice and helpful. Carla the manager and the whole staff are wonderful. My dog Rocky was especially happy about the treats at the front desk. The rooms were beautiful, and it's a great hotel for the price.

Earl Beck at the front desk made the biggest difference during my stay at Staybridge Suites Summerville. I had plenty of questions, and he patiently answered them all, was efficient, and helped with whatever I needed. He was friendly from the moment I arrived and clearly takes pride in helping guests. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained too. Thanks to Earl's kindness and professionalism, I plan to choose Staybridge Suites Summerville again when I'm in town. Highly recommend.

Vanessa at the front desk was the standout. She was kind, helpful, and accommodating from the time we booked, and went the extra mile with a request. We really appreciated that little bit of extra help. She and her staff made the hotel feel wonderful, and the cleaning staff were lovely too. Our room was clean and ready, the beds were really comfortable, and breakfast was hot and comforting. My husband could work comfortably in the lobby. I also found it easy to get rideshares into Charleston. Everything about the stay was fantastic, 10/10.

The customer service is great, and this was my second stay here. The team made meal accommodations for us and kept checking that we were comfortable and happy. Karaoke was a fun extra. My girls, Mrs. Vanessa, Marvus, Jennifer, and Kelly, and my boys, Brian and Mack, were all amazing. I'll come back whenever I'm in the area. Some rooms and other areas could use TLC and upgrades. I'm not sure there's a custodian on duty all the time, because a spill stayed on the elevator floor from check-in through checkout.
