The AirBnB was great, and the pool was nice. It was really quiet in mid-April, and parking was easy. You can walk to the beach, restaurants, and grocery store. After a few days, though, you'll probably want to venture to Hollywood beach or down to Cocoa walk, since there's less to do in this area.

The view was gorgeous, but the amount of traffic in this building gave it the feel of a literal three-star hotel. I thought we were renting someone's private condo, and that hotel feeling wasn't what we wanted. There are nearby buildings that aren't like this, so we'll stay in one of those next time.

We had a terrific stay in very clean accommodations, and it wasn't too crowded. The pool is amazing, and the balcony view is gorgeous. The beach and good restaurants are an easy walk away. I'd highly recommend it to families with kids, a homerun for family fun.

We spent our wedding and honeymoon stay here, and I couldn't have hoped for anything better. The place was a dream, right by the water with beautiful views. There's a gated parking spot of our own, and the beaches are just a walk away.

I only loved the view. I stayed with family for eight days and seven nights, and after the tour we found dust bunnies by the door in the first room, along with dust and other stuff on the walls. There was brown stuff on the covers too. I had to use the soft, fluffy wool blanket until we got new covers on the seventh day.
