The front desk staff were excellent, and breakfast had plenty of choices: fruit, toast, pancakes, muffins, scrambled eggs and potatoes. The room facilities felt quite dated. During my stay, the hotel Wi-Fi was broken, and my T-Mobile signal was very poor there too.

The locker in my room wouldn’t open, and staff did nothing when I asked them to fix it. Cleaning was unreliable too, even when requested. The laundry area was open to everyone, so I worried our clothes could be stolen. The room was dark enough that I had to use my phone light to see after sunset, and the bath leaked. Wi-Fi barely worked. Extending our stay at reception would have cost twice the price.

We paid about $140 a night and found parking plentiful. There were also ice machines, vending machines, laundry facilities, and meeting rooms on site. We were in town for a 49ers game, and the hotel was convenient to that and to the main highways and other attractions. The staff were welcoming, though we had a few language barriers since we don’t speak Spanish. Nothing caused a major problem. Our first-floor room had two beds and came with a mini fridge, hair dryer, iron, toiletries, and a safe. I was glad we weren’t upstairs because there are no elevators. It’s an older property, and the room showed some age, but it seemed clean and well kept. The grounds were nicely landscaped, and the huge lobby looked pretty. Breakfast had lots of fresh choices and was great. There’s also a gym, outdoor pool, hot tub, and restaurant.

Breakfast was terrible, and the rooms look pretty dated. It’s basically a motel with some extra facilities. If all you need is a place to sleep and you’re okay with that motel feel, it’ll do.
