The rough, cheap towels are the worst part. They feel stiff and scratchy, and the rooms have gotten dusty and unclean. Some toilets need attention too. I stay here often for work and I'm a rewards member, but the place keeps getting worse. For what it costs, I can find a better hotel.

The staff made the stay especially easy. Ryan, who was at the evening front desk, printed my new patient forms and handed me a pen and paperclip before I even asked. In the morning, the clerk gave me a toothbrush and toothpaste when I realized I'd left mine at home. I'm a wheelchair user, and our ADA room was really spacious and nice. Breakfast was good too. We were here for one night for a doctor's appointment, and we'll stay here whenever we need to see the doctor again.

Breakfast had the usual mix of eggs, biscuits and gravy, a meat, yogurt, waffles, and good coffee. The hotel felt like a typical Holiday Inn Express, but the staff were very friendly, and everything was super clean and well maintained.

The room itself was just a regular hotel room, and the free breakfast was mediocre at best. I was there because my apartment flooded and my parents came up for a few days. Greystar Property Management did nothing to help me in any way. They left me and my 18-year-old cat in the apartment even with 22 high-powered fans running. They suck in every respect, so please avoid their places at all costs.

My friend stayed at the hotel on January 5, 2026, and was racially discriminated against. We contacted the manager to find out exactly what had happened with the hotel employee. He said he'd get back to us, but never did. I want to complain to corporate and see if they can help get some resolution.
