Best Western Plus Tallahassee North Hotel

We come back every Christmas and plan to keep doing so. The price is well worth it, and the breakfast and gym are both really good. Everyone is so welcoming, whether I’m speaking with a staff member or just passing by. They always say hello or good morning. It’s the best hotel in the area!

The service was very good, and breakfast was hot and free. My room was quiet the night I stayed, with an outdoor pool and exercise room available. It was larger than usual and had a couch, desk, fridge, and a comfortable king mattress.

The rooms are nicely set up, the staff are very kind, and breakfast was great. You can use YouTube and Netflix, and the location is easy to find with plenty of parking. The AC is loud, though. I could sleep because I was tired, but light sleepers should know. Both rooms had plumbing problems. I also wish they had Dove shampoo in wall-mounted bottles. I was especially annoyed that staff knocked loudly around 9 a.m. despite the clear Do Not Disturb sign. I’d paid through the last day and knew checkout was at 11, so there was no reason to come by that early. They should wait until 10:30 or check with the front desk. Housekeeping needs to know who is still staying, and staff need to communicate that. Please stop bothering guests.

The room felt cozy, clean, and comfortable, and I wish we could have stayed longer. It wasn’t dingy at all, and the bed was comfortable. The location was perfect, with free coffee available around the clock. The front desk was very nice, and there was a microwave in the room.
