By the third day, the power was out across the entire hotel. What next? The day before, nobody had cleaned my room: the trash was still there, and soap and coffee hadn't been replenished. That took my rating from three stars down to two. There are good things here. The place is very clean and smells nice everywhere, the staff is friendly, and I liked the room setup and bed. But my room's luggage rack was broken and the privacy blinds were stuck partly open. I also had to pay $15.99 for breakfast. It may have been a much better spread than at cheaper hotels, but I wouldn't know, since there were no gluten-free options or other accommodations for food allergies. Nobody offered yogurt or an alternative. I take morning medication and need food with it, so I had to go find something in a town I don't know. I'm celiac, so this is a disability, not a choice. If I'd known about the lack of gluten-free food, I could have prepared. If the room items worked and there were gluten-free options, I'd have given five stars. I have three days here because we'd already paid, but with as much as I travel, I won't be back. It has a lot of potential, but so far this hasn't been a good experience and it feels like they don't care.

The night staff made for a great evening. Andrea at the front desk was so welcoming, and Scotty at the restaurant was amazing. My drinks tasted like juice, but they did the trick. Thanks for hosting us!

The staff are amazing, the hotel is quiet and clean, and I really enjoyed the indoor heated pool. The housekeepers were friendly, and the hallways smelled good and were clean. The bathroom was beautiful too, with lavender Dove soap. There’s also a gym, though I didn't use it. Everyone is doing an awesome job running the place, and the service was great. I did have a couple of issues. One housekeeper knocked once and then opened the door, instead of knocking three times, but the staff said they'd handle it. The pillows were too plush, with no firm option. I slept well on the king mattress, but the queen had a deep dent on one side, like someone over 300 pounds had sunk into it. Those seem like easy fixes, hopefully. This is my new favorite hotel, and I'll definitely come back. Thanks for the great service!

The rooms met our needs, and most of the staff were nice. The room was comfortable, and nearby stores and a mall were handy for last-minute purchases. I didn't like the way one person responded when I asked whether early check-in was possible or if I could store my luggage for an hour. She cut me off with, “We don't do early check-in and the storage is full.” Maybe she'd answered that question too many times that weekend, but I wanted to avoid her for the rest of my stay. My sink also wouldn't drain, and we had to call twice before someone came to fix it. That person wasn't pleasant either, though I'm not sure if it was the same person.
