We were at the hotel for almost two weeks while our home was being repaired. The rates were reasonable, our spacious room had two queen beds and a kitchenette, and our dogs could stay for a small fee. Breakfast was free every morning, with hot and cold options, and they kept it stocked even for late risers like me. What really made the stay was the staff. Melody and Felicia at the front desk made us feel welcome and handled our extension easily. Martha kept the room clean and was so pleasant she became a friend, and the kitchen staff checked that everything was well supplied. They all went out of their way to make us comfortable. I can’t praise them enough, you don’t often find that these days. I’d recommend Comfort Inn & Suites to anyone staying nearby.

We came down for a girls’ trip to meet up with friends, and check-in went smoothly. The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast had a good variety. Everyone we met on staff was friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff were especially nice and wished us well as we left. We had a very enjoyable stay and I’d definitely recommend the hotel and come back.

My daughter stayed one night on Tuesday, 11/25/'25. She chose this hotel because we’d stayed here as a family during a 2023 vacation. She was happy with the room, which was very nice and clean, and the price was reasonable. She especially liked the free breakfast they serve every day. Great job, we’ll definitely be back soon. 👍👍

Melody at the front desk made our wedding weekend feel special. When we said we were getting married the next day, she was genuinely excited for us and surprised us with an upgrade. She was warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and it’s rare to meet someone who takes such care to make a stay memorable. The whole visit was fantastic, and Melody is a wonderful example of great customer service. I hope you get to meet her if you stay here.

The lobby was nicely presented, and the halls, elevators, and room were clean. I did notice a few things that felt like ordinary wear and tear but that I wouldn’t expect at a hotel with this rating: rust stains on the carpet, a spot where the base molding was coming loose, a nearly damaged wall behind the corner chair, and a bathroom door in bad shape that should be replaced. It still worked and was clean. The staff were among the best I’ve come across in my travels. I was very pleased overall and would recommend the hotel.
