The breakfast on the Home2 side is great, as usual, and the hotel itself is fine. My room has a stale smell, like someone had stayed there for a long time and it hadn't been properly looked after. I also don't see why they charge $10 a night for parking. I understand a fee where space is scarce, like Honolulu, but not at a property like this. It feels like an unnecessary extra $10 a night from customers.

We arrived around 2 a.m., and Ben at the front desk greeted us warmly and made us feel welcome. He was very helpful and accommodating. My husband and I had a wonderful stay and were truly impressed. The room had new decor and was spotless, and we'd absolutely stay here again.

The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed. The staff were polite and professional, and the place was clean and welcoming. I had a great stay and would come back if needed, though I did have a few complaints. I was on the fourth floor and could hear heavy footsteps or stomping from the floor and room above while trying to sleep. My king mattress sagged in the middle, and the bed squeaked. I was also surprised by a nightly parking fee that hadn't been mentioned when I booked.

Kristi Reid and Mike Barns made me feel at home from the moment I arrived, more like family than a guest. Huge thanks to both of them. Their care and professionalism carried through every detail, and the service and atmosphere felt warm and thoughtful from start to finish. This is hospitality done right, and I highly recommend the property. It reflects what I think the Hilton brand should stand for.
