I've stayed here often for business and plan to keep coming back. The big living room, comfortable beds, low prices, and good location work well for me. The inner landscaping is beautiful, and the front desk is super friendly. There's a little something different in each room as they refurbish. The sidewalks really need daily cleaning, though. In six weeks and five separate stays, I saw three small cockroaches. I can't handle big ones, but that wasn't enough to stop my visits. You do have to contend with lower-income folks of all kinds.

Room 204 was cozy, though nothing special, and the property layout took some figuring out. Once I found the room, it wasn't a big deal. Breakfast costs extra and wasn't anything special, so I usually picked something up on my way to work. Housekeeping sometimes missed replacing things like coffee and soap, but the friendly desk staff got me what I needed when I asked. Adequate lodging and decent value for the quality.

The staff were friendly and easy to deal with, and the location was good. We came to AZ for my husband's surgery, but the room needed a lot of repairs and was filthy. The couch was stained, the tables looked chewed up, and the walls were very dirty. The bed was clean and made well, at least. We decided to stay somewhere cleaner for the days after surgery, and the hotel was accommodating with our refund. It could be a great place if they replaced the old, worn items and gave it a makeover.

I booked as part of a group staying last weekend for my graduation, and the rooms were a mess. Mine smelled musty and like cat pee when I walked in. There was what looked like cat vomit in the closet, plus rat droppings, and it hadn't been cleaned properly. My mother had to complain to the office at 8:30 p.m. before her room was cleaned. Friends wouldn't stay after finding a room infested with roaches, and had to book a more expensive hotel at the last minute. They'd been told it was the last room available. When I asked for pool towels in the middle of the day, the office staff acted like it was a problem and said she'd already given out about 20. I don't understand a hotel with a pool not having towels on hand. Worst experience I've had, and I expected better from Wyndham and Ramada.
