Statesman Inn

This place is a dump, with bed bugs, roaches, mold everywhere, filthy beds, and a horrible smell. I went to pick my daughter up one day and couldn't believe it. That place needs to be shut down. She doesn't stay there anymore, and when she was walking home from work, the owner called her horrible names and yelled at her. I'll be making calls and hope someone does something about this trashy, unsafe place.

I have nothing good to report. There was no restaurant or room service, no 24-hour front desk, no ice machine, and the Wi-Fi didn't work. Bring your own towels and pillows. The filthy rooms had roaches everywhere, including in the microwave, and no working smoke detectors. Filthy water from a toilet leaked from the second floor. Staff didn't care, and it took days to fix, with no rebate. The owner was rude and creepy, went through belongings, and came into my room while I was sleeping and roamed around. When you need to report a problem, he conveniently doesn't speak English. This isn't new management; they've been there at least 5-6 years. For what they charge, other motels at the same price are decent. Don't do it. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Rude and disrespectful. Customers aren't even allowed to have visitors.

The people and rooms are nice, though the staff aren't very considerate. The location is horrible.
