Embassy Suites by Hilton The Woodlands at Hughes Landing

The rooms were clean, though a little outdated. I liked the complimentary drink service. The bar was busy and only had one bartender, so there was often a wait, but she was nice. We may have picked a bad night. Their server was down, so we couldn’t get room keys at first. Once it came back, the front desk guy gave our boss, who had reserved the rooms months ahead, attitude and wouldn’t let him get the keys to hand out. They couldn’t remember which rooms they’d assigned us, so they told us to try the keys. My coworker opened a door and found someone already in the room. We stayed two nights, and whenever we left, our key stopped working. We had to go back to the desk for a replacement at least four times.

The suites were spacious, cozy, comfortable, and well appointed. We enjoyed the atrium lobby, the free made-to-order breakfast each morning, and the complimentary drinks and snacks at the evening reception. The hotel is right in Hughes Landing, a modern hub within "The Woodlands," with easy access for work or leisure, including the waterway, pavilion concerts, shopping, and dining. It’s hard to imagine a better location. Our group had different flight schedules, so one person arrived before expected. When I got there, the guest services representative explained the misunderstanding on that early guest’s behalf and quickly resolved the cc issue. Thanks, Mr. Dezmeon, for handling it so quickly. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout. It was a wonderful stay.

I stayed here in December and had no complaints. The hotel was clean, and the location and staff were just right. Chaunay, Dezmeon, and the breakfast hostess, whose name I’m sorry I forgot, were especially kind and helpful. I’ll definitely be back.

Everyone there was awesome, and the breakfast was delicious. I missed having grits, though. They had oatmeal, but I don’t eat that. The Embassy Suites by Hilton was great, and I’d recommend it anytime. The staff were great too.
