The hotel was very clean and quiet, but management didn’t deal with a serious problem. There was so much weed being smoked that it was coming into everyone’s rooms. Management refused to find out who was smoking marijuana or do anything about it. I had to leave for another hotel to spend the night. That lady was lazy as hell, and I won’t stay at any more woodspring Suites.

Great location, but it was a terrible place to rest or get any peace. The hotel is expensive for a two-star place, very dirty, cheap, and smells awful. Pets are allowed, and I heard a couple of dogs barking.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience was so bad that I felt I had to. The hotel charged me four times for the stay, even though I paid through booking.com. booking.com was helpful and confirmed that I’d paid, but the hotel didn’t believe it and kept charging me. In the end I went to the desk and paid again so I could stay, even though they’d already let me into the room and my belongings were inside. Because they still thought I hadn’t paid, they deactivated my key and locked me out from my things until I got the issue sorted out. The hotel seemed completely indifferent to charging me four times the agreed amount. Now I have to fight to get a substantial amount of money back. As I see it, the hotel outright took my money. They also didn’t have the room I’d reserved, so they downgraded me, but every charge was still for the more expensive room. Through the whole mess, nobody at the hotel even tried to apologize for the inconvenience or their mistakes. They seemed unaware of what they’d done, or too cocky to act considerate toward a paying customer. It was honestly upsetting. The whole hotel smells strange, too. I can’t really describe it. I’d give this place 0/10 if I could. Stay away at all costs.
