Good location, and Brandy was such a sweet, helpful woman. She was great to us tourists who'd gotten lost.

Our room had roaches, spiders, and mold, and they refused to refund us. The woman at check-in wouldn't let anyone into the lobby, so we had to use the night window. She wasn't friendly. The area didn't seem safe, with lots of people hanging around the parking lot. I'll be contacting the health department. Congratulations on keeping our money. It almost seems like they know they can rent the room again and keep the payment.

The sheets looked like someone had spent all day in dirt and then rolled in them. The floral cover that was supposed to be a blanket had holes, cuts, and stains. Floors were filthy, dust was everywhere, and there was something that looked like it was growing in the tub. The room smelled of cigarettes and weed, and after two hours the air conditioner had barely cooled it. We were driving late and booked something quickly through Priceline. I don't know how Priceline can offer this place to customers. We asked the hotel to cancel so Priceline could refund us, but they refused. They did offer another set of stained, nasty sheets, which wasn't any help. If I could give zero stars, I would. 🤮

Everything was as expected for a one-night stay, and it was good value. I slept well in a quiet room, the bed and restroom were clean, and there was a fridge and microwave. Parking right beside the room made access easy, and check-in and checkout were simple. The only downside is that it's quite a way off I-95.
