Quality Inn Three Rivers

This was one of the most getto places I’ve stayed. Nothing looked like the pictures online. We waited hours to check in, and the lobby was dark, musty, and smelled bad. The food area was filthy and poorly maintained. None of my family’s rooms were ready when we arrived, or they were dirty. Many relatives canceled their bookings. They were in town for my daughter’s wedding. I’d already paid for my rooms and didn’t want to lose the money, so I had no option to leave.

The room smelled awful and was disgustingly dirty, with mold on the bathroom walls. The lobby had a horrible smell as soon as you walked in. Breakfast was lousy: the waffle maker didn’t work, and the cereal dispenser was broken, so I had to pour cereal out of it into a bowl for my kid. The ice machine didn’t work either. They said the hotel was completely booked, but it looked like several rooms were vacant. I’ll never stay here again, I’ll drive the extra miles to the Hoilday Inn in George West.

This room was beyond disgusting, it smelled like a urinal and the floors didn’t look like they’d ever been vacuumed. The beds had cigarette burns, and I don’t think they’d been washed in years. I’ve stayed in some rough places over the years, but this was the worst of the worst. You’d be better off sleeping in a public restroom. I’d be embarrassed to own this place. I’d shut it down and call it a biohazard.

The place is very dirty. They don’t clean, even when I ask, and they never change the sheets or clean the bathrooms. My company pays for our stays, and I’ve already asked them to move us to another hotel.
