Quality Inn Kennedy Space Center

After driving from Tennessee and being awake for 24 hours, we checked in and found a room with almost no water pressure, a dirty, slimy tub, a very dirty floor, and a musty smell. We’d booked this hotel in December 2025 for one night before our February 2026 cruise. When we asked the front desk for a refund, they told us to contact Expedia. Expedia couldn’t refund the nearly $200 we’d paid. The website pictures looked nothing like the actual hotel. We’ll post pictures online and contact the Better Business Bureau. I highly recommend that you don’t stay here.

Hair was everywhere, and it seemed like nothing had been properly cleaned. The hotel manager said he wouldn’t refund the room we didn’t stay in because it was extremely unsanitary unless I took down my review. We called Corporate, “Choice Hotels.” They gave us points toward another stay, but not enough to cover a full night. Choice Hotels must be okay with its hotels blackmailing customers. Absolutely disgusting. I’ve never had such a terrible experience at a Quality Inn.

The room and bathroom were clean, and the basic continental breakfast was good. My daughter and I stayed here for our visit to the Kennedy Space Center, and the location worked very well for that. I’d definitely stay again.

The location is convenient and the price is cheap. The rooms aren’t dirty, but they’re old, and the updates were done poorly. It’s a lower-quality hotel that’s only just good enough to stay in. Overall, just... eh.
