The breakfast was all homemade from scratch and exquisite, and we had a private bathroom with a clawfoot soaking tub. Shane and Bella welcomed us warmly, introduced themselves, and knew so much about their beautiful historic B&B. They showed us around and shared its history. Our room was perfect, the bed was very comfortable, and we loved the old historic furniture. It was so quiet and easy to sleep. Highly recommend staying here. We had the best time and will be back!

The Tiffany Room was so lovely that we stayed a second night, this time in the Colleen Room. The first was blue and Victorian-style, with a clawfoot tub and downtown views; the second had an African safari theme and a bathroom hidden behind a bookcase. Both rooms felt special, comfortable, and full of history, with great views of the historic courthouse and downtown square. Bella welcomed us at the door, then gave us a full tour and told us about the architect, the family, and the generations who grew up in this beautiful Simmons-Bond Inn. The original hardwood floors, detailed woodwork, antiques, and character made it feel like stepping back into the early 1900s. My fiancé and I had a one-of-a-kind stay in Toccoa, Georgia. Bella is an incredible chef as well as a wonderful host. Every morning in the grand hall we had fresh coffee, orange juice, cranberry juice, homemade jams from a local produce company, fresh bread, and an amazing three-course breakfast. Gordon Ramsay can't compete with Bella's cooking. Bella and Shane treated us like family and made us feel right at home. We loved talking with them about the house and area. There were lots of laughs, snacks, and amenities, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We can't wait to see them again. If you're near Toccoa, come visit this amazing Airbnb and bed-and-breakfast. We'll never forget this beautiful historic experience, and we're thankful for our new friends. We'll definitely be back.

Bella called to check that everything was okay when we were running three hours late for check-in after stopping to see an old friend on the way. Once we arrived, she showed us around and told us about the history, while Shane helped carry our luggage. We loved the Elizabeth room. It was comfortable and clean, and we enjoyed the Christmas decorations. The location is great, parking is included, and restaurants are an easy walk away. Breakfast was delicious and a great learning experience. Bella made and served each course and explained it to us. We plan to return to Toccoa and hope we can book a room at Simmons-Bond again. They only have 5 rooms. Highly recommended.

The Tiffany room was gorgeous, and Bella was such a kind host and an amazing chef. We had a wonderful Mom's weekend away for my birthday, and the breakfasts were amazing. I'd absolutely love to come back!

Our daughter graduated from Toccoa Falls College this past weekend, and there weren't many nearby choices. We were so glad to get two rooms at this cute, super convenient bed-and-breakfast. Evenings on the front porch were perfect for catching up, relaxing, and talking about the future. We had a perfect stay!
