Customer service was great, and it was quiet. You can tell they're putting money back into the rooms, but the place still needs a deep clean. The walls need washing, the baseboards need cleaning, and the cigarette smell is strong. It's not awful, but they need to wash those walls.

The owner was really nice and gave us a discount because we lost our home in a fire.

I wouldn't let my dog stay here. The desk attendant was nice enough, but I never made it to my room. I checked in late while traveling through Ohio. The lobby was run down and smelled of cigarette smoke, with peeling paint, stained carpets, and ceiling tiles. The outside door was supposed to be secure, but it was broken and wouldn't lock. The hall to my room had trash outside some other rooms and smelled musty. It clearly looks like people live there, which I have no problem with, but they should keep it clean. Thankfully, my room key didn't work. I took that as a sign and got out of there. This place is gross. Don't stay here. There are plenty of other options in the area for a similar price.

We decided to leave after seeing the room, even if it meant losing the money. There was hair on the sheets, and the whole place smelled like smoke and weed. The property looked run down, and the parking lot didn’t feel safe. We’d read the reviews beforehand, so we weren’t comfortable staying. The woman at the front desk was very kind and refunded us.
